Adthena lets you set your own password, whether you're resetting an existing password or setting one up for the first time. Both the password reset and invitation emails are sent from the same address: no-reply@adthena.com.
Requesting a password reset or invitation
You'll receive an email from no-reply@adthena.com in one of two situations:
- Resetting your password: click 'Forgot your password?' on the log in screen shown below and enter your email address to request a reset link.
- First-time access: an administrator at your organisation sets up your account via User Management. Once they click Create User, Adthena automatically sends you a Welcome to Adthena email.
Note: Because both emails come from the same address, always check for messages from no-reply@adthena.com if you're expecting either a reset or invitation email.
Setting your password
- Open the email and click the link — 'Reset my Password' for a reset, or the verification link in the welcome email for first-time access.
- If you're a new user, you'll be prompted to verify your email address first.
- Set your password.
- Log into the Adthena application
Important: Reset links expire within 24 hours, and invitation links expire within 48 hours. Make sure to act on them promptly.
