Adding additional members to reports
A common question from our customers is how to add additional team members to Adthena reports that get emailed out regularly - how is this done?

For sure! We have a few different reports at Adthena, and the way to add new recipients depends on which type of report it is.
For automated platform reports, simply go into the Adthena application, head to Scheduled Reports (which is under the Reports tab in the menu bar) and then select edit. Once you’re there, you’ll see an option to add an email.
For all other reports and solution services, it’s best to contact your CSM directly with your request. If you don’t know who your CSM is, then you can also email bi@adthena.com directly.
