All Users: My Profile

The My Profile area allows you to view and update your personal information, review your access level, and customize your password. This section is available to every user, regardless of access level. Access My Profile from the account menu in the top-right corner of the platform.

Access Level & Login Details

Here you can:

• See your access level (Admin or Standard)
• View the email address linked to your account
• Reset your password using the Reset Password button. When you reset your password, all active sessions will be logged out for security.

Personal Information

You can update:

• First name
• Surname
• Job title (optional)
• Responsibility (optional)

Click Update Profile to save any changes.

Domains & Locations

This section displays the domains and locations assigned to your account.

• Admins will see the full access list for their organization (all domains and all locations).
• Standard users will only see the domains and locations granted to them by an Admin.
