Search Term Settings, accessible by clicking the cog icon in the top-right corner of the application, allows you to manage and configure the search terms in your account. This article will guide you through how to use these settings effectively.
Hourly Terms
With Hourly Terms you can decide which brand and generic terms to monitor hourly in Time-Of-Day Analysis and gain extra protection on your Infringement Rules. When you add a term to the Hourly Terms groups, it undergoes hourly indexing, ensuring that Adthena considers it relevant to your market. Consequently, the term will always be present in your reports.
Since Hourly Terms power Infringement Rules, before you can create your first rule, you need to decide which search term(s) you would like to monitor hourly. Note that deleting all the terms in an Infringement Rule will also delete the rule itself.
All search terms list all available search terms in your account, whilst Search terms included shows you which search terms are already included in your group.

Priority Terms
A Priority Term is a search term that has been deemed important to the success of your marketing campaign. Adding a term into the Priority Terms group ensures Adthena considers it relevant to your market (so it will remain in your reports) but it does not override the index optimization AI.
If a search term is already included in Hourly Terms, you do not need to add it to Priority Terms, as both groups ensure a search term remains relevant in your account.
All search terms list all available search terms in your account, whilst Search terms included shows you which search terms are already included in your group.
